At the end of August,
Austin received the
Arrow of Light award.
So, he is no longer a Cub Scout,
but a Boy Scout now.
That night, they raced goldfishin rain gutters.
What a perfect activity for boys!
They let some girls do it, too.
Friday night,Austin got to go on his
first campout as a Boy Scout.
He had a great time.
I heard that the leaders survived,but I haven't seen much of them since. :)

Congrats Austin!! Orion loves Cub Scouts, but he is ready for the campouts! He will be a Boy Scout next July. Looks like you had fun!
I can't believe how fast the kids ar growing. Don't go easy on those scout leaders. They need the challange.
What a fun idea to race gold fish! I wonder if I could do that here in Poland. I once heard about having worm races:)
