Signs of the season

If you look out
in our backyard,
you can see that
all the trees and
vines know
what season it is.
They are at their
prime colors
right now,
and it looks
so beautiful.

We figured we ought to

make the inside of our house

look like fall, too.

So today, we decked our halls-

Halloween-style.

And that brought to her mind

a newly chosen costume,

which, of course,

begged to be tried on

just one more time.

I'm just hoping it can last

a few more weeks. . . :)
