I love to jog in the morning.
There are lots of obvious reasons to do it -
a stronger heart,
greater lung capacity,
increased muscle tone,
more endorphins,
and time to think by yourself.
However, when you live in the mountains, I happen to think there are added benefits.

don't tell me you took this pics on your morning jog. really? although it does kind of remind me of my pilates classes in the studio. . .
